Our desire is to delight the client. One way is to make clear our understandings with each other. These are the terms of our agreement together:

1. Authorization . The above-named client is engaging Divine Tech of Wenatchee/ Bellingham, Washington 98801, as an independent contractor for the specific project of removing spyware, removing viruses, installing software, installing hardware, checking hardware, and or building a custom computer. The client hereby authorizes Divine Tech to access any information on the data storage device; files may be needed to be accessed for this project. Information on any storage device worked on is confidential and will NOT be revealed to anyone UNLESS required by law. We value privacy and will do what we can to protect it.

2. Legal . Divine Tech does not warrant that the functions of the computer/electronic device will meet the client's requirements or that the operation of the computer/electronic device will be uninterrupted or error-free. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the computer/electronic device is with client. In no event will Divine Tech be liable to the client or any third party for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to operate the computer, even if Divine Tech has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

3. Assignment of Project . Divine Tech reserves the right to assign subcontractors to this project to insure the right fit for the job as well as on-time completion.

4. Payment of fees . In order for Divine-Tech to remain in business, payments must be made promptly. Delinquent bills will be assessed a $20 charge if payment is not received within 10 days of the due date. If an amount remains delinquent 30 days after its due date, an additional 10% penalty will be added for each month of delinquency. In case collection proves necessary, the client agrees to pay all fees incurred by that process. Divine Tech reserves the right to sell any items not picked up past 3 months to cover any losses on the item.

5. Effective Date . This agreement becomes effective only when signed by Divine Tech. Regardless of the place of signing of this agreement, the client agrees that for purposes of venue, this contract was entered into in Whatcom County, Washington, and any dispute will be litigated or arbitrated in Whatcom County, Washington. Please pay on time.

6. Payment. The hourly rate of this contract is $40. Work completed shall be billed at the hourly rate stated above, and deducted from the initial payment, the balance of which shall be returned to the client if is greater than the final bill. If, at the time of the review, work has been completed beyond the amount covered by the initial payment, the client shall be liable to pay for all work completed at the hourly rate stated above.

7. Additional Payments/Charges. Divine Tech will spend a maximum of 2 hours on a project before contacting the client, updating the client on the status. Clients will also be contacted before any hardware/software is ordered or installed unless it was agreed upon during the service request. The client agrees to pay for any ordered hardware or software that is ordered for the project.
